Map making seems to have grinded to a halt. I was working on a map before I was grounded, I'll be sure to post it up here if I get it done and if I get ungrounded.

Just so everyone is aware. I'm still using this thread, and only this thread to find community maps to be hosted on my server. Pretty much the only way to make cc as a map maker is to have a map on my server, so make sure you post your maps here after reading the full extent of the initial post. Good luck to all.

"Finally, My newest map, Bx_Core, Features 3 furnaces, One shut down furnace, Like 4 sniper vantage points, 2 truck spawns, 6 coolant pools, and unnecessary stuff like boxes and stuff, So it doesnt look bland, Tell me what you think, What effects are out of place, what looks weird, and everything else."

It's a large map, But vehicles have a problem going through the main corridor(My own experience), People havent hosted it, So I need feedback on it.. I'm currently working on 2 other maps, So I'll try to finish them up, and put them up here, One is another team based map, and another is a nice dark map which will "Teach" People to go alone and flank people.

Looks like a good map from my solo run through. Should be a bit more bright overall though, and maybe rethink the pillars in the center, try something more creative. Seems like a great map for tactical strategy, and I really like the small corridors coming off of the main section.

Also, Didnt stick certain effects in areas, So if you and others approve the layout above, I'll add them in.

Mind the messy writing and drawing, on a laptop right now.

Make the bridge so it's like too high to jump over, but low enough to shoot down from. So maybe at most 5m high? idk. Try different things. But right now the only place being used is the middle.

Um.. Bridge? I dont recall adding a bridge.. Imma DL my map and see if it messed up something.. :I
edit: I saw that no one dl'd my map yet, So I'm geussing You're throwing ideas around? Also, If there is a bridge, How are vehicles supposed to get through?
Edit2: I like where you put the merc spawn points, That'll be a good idea, It's like the rebels and sci were fighting, and the mercs just arrived.. Also, I cant understand that red writing..

Screw vehicles or have them go out the side. Try adding my ideas, I think it will make the map way better.

red writing = opening

Also, rethink the spawn area. It's way too easy to camp it.

Added Bridge, side entrances, moved merc spawn, added a balcony on the front side of the spawn so people have to go around to go into spawn. Also: The pillars were gone from the last layout that you didnt see, So I'll keep it on to see if you like it or not.. Added effects and lights on new consoles..

Any more suggestions?

Nope, no server lol. I think I'll just make this a list of quality maps for other server owners to use. If I get another server going I'll use it as well of course. I'm looking for A 3rd party alternative so I can host SV from a real server. If anyone has any ideas on that or what specs I'd need that'd be great.
