This is extremely old, but here is my attempt at tgening! This fucker took some serious time. I might have shown this off before, but I couldnt find it either here or my art thread.

I used a few tutorials to figure out how to use everything and what some good configurations were, so I am a little ashamed of that, but it still took time, so damnit you will look at it.

@Rex, I tried using an application that generated 3d landscapes as well, probably the same one as you (forget the name). I was able to get some awesome land formations but my atmosphere was always fucked up. I could never seem to get a natural look like yours, good job on that.

Terragen :) It'll help make a formable/editable 3d model landscape, which I like. Nothing like saying "Hey, maybe it would look better if I moved the camera over to the other side of the mountain!" and being able to do it within a few seconds. I think they use it professionally too, for movies like Avatar and such.
